Exercise regime

It has been a routine since 6weeks ago that i'm hitting the gymnasium every weekend on Saturday.

The point that triggered me to start with this exercise regime? MY MUM.

She was ranting restlessly about the thick flab on my tummy as i sat on the comfy couch. That kick start my urge to slim down. In fact, that was the point when i realise i was not just fat but REALLY FAT.

Ever since i was studying in Polytechnic, my weight was steadily standing at the acceptable range, with not much fluctuations. For 3 years, i was never bothered about my weight, because it has not been an issue. Its the same, if not, lighter. never heavier.

I was not thin, but satisfied with myself as i could fit in a giodano size M in school.

Not anymore now.

Mayb the difference is not that much on photo.. but in reality, its 10KG difference from the first to the last picture!

So now to compensate for the lack of exercise and drop in metabolism rate due to many many factors, i stop all my procrastination and gear up for my first gym session. Extreme motivation by Brother Alvin, now im at the gym or swim every sat mornings.

I'm so proud of myself! The perseverance and my mental strength seems to be improving and the invisible pressure from mummy is the reason. HAHAHA!

6 weeks gone, thou the drop in weight is not significant, its still commendable right? It did paid off, when i notice i could fit in some clothes which was tight last time and feels comfortable and confident in it!

My aim? 10kg. and its shall be fulfilled by CNY2009. =)
